Fantasia for Electric Piano and Drum Kit

Fantasia for Electric Piano and Drum Kit is a piece that intends to follow up on some conversations Peter Thoegersen and I have had concerning the inclusion of the drum kit into the lexicon of contemporary classical music. Also, a part of this inclusion is microtonality which the piano partakes fully using Gene Ward Smith’s hexlesfip22seed JI tuning. Gene’s comment “Scale square of 5-limit diamond plus {27/16, 45/32, 75/64}”. The seed was intended to be used to create a tempered but I prefer composing with the originating JI tuning.
