Molly’s Playground

Molly’s Playground is a short study in writing a traditional waltz in 11 notes to the tritave tuning. (a tritave is an octave + fifth) I’m really enjoying the tuning. Harmonically it almost feels like 12 equal – but of course it doesn’t sound like it! This was played in two passes, left and right hand alone with timing fix ups. The piece was sketched out in my mind before committing it to midi.
