I take pleasure in

I take pleasure in is a composition for percussion, fretless bass, 17 edo guitar, u-he Brazille (17 edo), audio damage Quanta (Bohlen-Pierce) and voice. No doubt some parasitic 12 equal snuck in too for the ride as well. At this point one ponders if tuning, per se, matters in this composition because by any measure it is not well controlled. The photo is mine. The title comes from the lost gmail account of “Juliane Shull” and a spammer who wrote “I take pleasure in, lead to I found exactly what I was taking a look for. You have ended my four day lengthy hunt! God Bless you man. Have a great day. Bye”. Perhaps one day in the distant future Juliane will google herself and find this composition. The chances are remote but without a doubt we live in an age of pigs flying.

For the sake of curiosity Melodyne thinks the tuning is: I’d consider that fairly irregular.
