11 edo Piano Improvisation is built around a very simple motive of a descending 11 edo “half” steps. The only unusual aspect of this piece is the use of repeating a note to fill out 11 edo to 12 steps which does wonders for playability on a regular keyboard. This would more apparent if my playing wasn’t so sloppy but it was cathartic for me. Hopefully some of that drama comes across, if not you’ll probably consider this pretty boring.
